Hello, I am a 20 year old college student trying to get some build muscle and be lean. I currently weight 165 pounds, I eat 5-6 meals a day. For breakfast, I'll consume a bowl of cereal or oatmeal and Egg Beaters or Chobani plain yogurt. For lunch, I will normally consume a high protein sandwich, or grilled chicken. Then dinner, I normally have steak/chicken/fish with rice and veggies. During the day i'll have 2 protein shakes, one after the gym and one before bed.
After recording my daily consumpution, I consume about 2000 calories consisting of 200-220 grams of protein, 30-50 grams of fat, and 180-220 grams of carbs.
I have been stuck at this weight for quite a while now, and just finished my 2 month supply of SizeOn creatine. Am I consuming enough calories/protein/carbs?

No. Protein is good but you need to be up round 3000 cals and 70-80 grams of healthy fat. Also lift very heavy for big muscle gains.0
