I have followed this guys recipe for the last 4 years and it has come out PERFECT every time. It's super juicy and the skin has just the right amount of crisp to it. The site is great because it has step by step instructions with pictures and time tables for cooking lengths vs turkey weights. This is the method I used the very first time I ever cooked a turkey and my in-laws have been asking me to do it every year since!!
