Getting over the hurdle

Hi everyone. I've been steadily working my way back in to shape since September. I'm 5'10, 28 year old male, at the time I weighed 204 & 21.5% BF. Currently at 166.4, 13.1% BF.
Here's my last 4 weigh-ins. I weigh in on Friday's, but missed 2 weeks.
6/13, 169.0, 13.6%
6/27, 166.8, 13.1%
7/4, 168.4, 13.6%
7/18, 166.4, 13.1%
As you can see, staying pretty consistent the last 6 weeks. I do triathlons, stay active, etc - so my personal goal has been to get down to about 10% BF which would hopefully get rid of the remaining BF around my stomach.
I exercise 5-6 times a week, consisting of days for weight training, cardio, HIIT training, triathlon training, classes at the gym, etc. My nutrition, to my knowledge, is pretty good. I don't currently count calories, but I'm pretty good about knowing what my daily intake should be without logging.
I'm just having a struggle with getting over this hurdle and hit my fitness goals. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should start doing? Should I start logging my calories - maybe I'm not getting enough protein, fat, carbs? Given my fitness goals, what should be my target ratio for those 3?
I take multivitamins every morning. Are there any natural supplements that could help with metabolism or assist in the last of the fat burning? I usually have a cup of coffee or tea 4 days a week. Just trying to give as much info about my routines as possible
Thanks in advance!!
