    As far as eating plan:

    Breakfast:
Oatmeal with fruit (or just oatmeal) if I wanted to sweeten it I used splenda (no sugar)
    Egg white w/ turkey bacon
    Whole grain muffin with banana
Whole wheat waffle with egg white and turkey bacon with sugar free syrup
Raisin bran granola crunch with skim milk

    (These are my favorite breakfasts...)

    Lunch:
Salad with tuna, grilled chicken, salad shrimp or crab meat & salad spritzer
Turkey club with bacon (homeade so I know what's in it is low fat)
    turkey burger with no bread

    Dinner:
Any lean meat (baked) with vegetables
