no more gym

A gym membership for my husband and I has just increased $25 each. We were already paying a crazy amount. Skipping the gym for now and going to be focusing on doing my workouts at home. I work full time Mon-Fri 50-60 hrs a week. I need helping with some at home gym workout options. I obviously know the cardio I can do (I live at the base of 3 14,000 ft mountains so jogging up some of the trails is a killer workout) but what else. I need some exercises that will really help me focus on developing more muscle (arms mostly).

Any suggestions would be awesome!

Crush this Monday!!!!!

You can buy hand weights for next to nothing and find great weight lifting workouts on Youtube.. for nothing.

Both p90x3 and and t25 can be done easily at home and only take 30 minutes. They get great results and do not cost much at all! also once you buy them you can do them for as long as you want without paying any more
Feel free to message me if you would like ore info

Take a look at www.fitnessblender.com - there are a lot of workouts that have little to no gear necessary.
If we ignore all the DVDs out there, and except for running - biking is a great cardio as well, that is if you have bikes. Jumping rope as well - I think it's one of the highest calorie burner exercises out there actually.
