Hey everyone :)

I have been on MFP for a while and over time most of my friends have disappeared (hopefully for all the right reasons!). So I need new ones so we can keep each other motivated and accountable.

I'm a long term vegetarian and right now I try to stick to around 1500 cals a day while doing 16:8 IF.
I started with IF two weeks ago and I really like it. It's too early to judge it's effectiveness but so far it feels great! In the past sustainability has been my biggest problem. I just couldn't stick to anything long term... Let's hope this time everything is different :flowerforyou:
I would loooove to start some strength training but I am a complete weakling and am lacking the courage to start.

    Oh, and I would like to try the next step in intermittent fasting and do it 5:2. Does anybody have experience with that?
