Wow...what a mess tonight. 2 servings of PB M&M's and worse, I only netted 600 calories for the entire day. I don't think it can get uglier.0

I keep a public food diary. I've only been a member for a couple of weeks but I find that when I keep it public, it helps me be more conscious of making better food choices. If you'd like to add me, just send a request. I could use some food ideas myself!0

My diary is public. Ignore the "goals" though. I am calorie and carb cycling, so even though it looks like I miss my goals, I really am not. It's just not possible on this site to change the goals for each day without messing up the other days, lol.0
