Confused.

So this morning for breakfast I has a 60gram serving of Frosties with semi-skimmed milk (and it was really sickly). About an hour after I went for a 2 mile run.

For lunch I had 1 small tin of tuna chunks and mayonnaise mixed in with a bowl of lettuce...It tasted strange but I liked it.

And for tea we're planning on having a steak pie (as I'm asking this in advance), with a few oven chips and peas. I'm not sure whether or not I've eaten bad today or whether or not this meal to come is going to be bad for me. I've been scared to eat anything processed of 'ready made' for the past three months...and this would break it if I was to eat it. I'm torn because we don't have much else in to eat...but it all sounds to good. I've also more recently cut bread out of my diet so I don't know if this will do me any good for the cut.

Does anybody have any thoughts...? Is it healthy? Is it worth eating? Should I eat something else?

What's your height and weight (for TDEE and BMR)? It'd be much easier to figure out what kind of calories your body requires if we were to have this information.

That being said - when I just eat cereal for breakfast, god, I am starving within two hours. That never fills me up unless it's something like oatmeal.

And your lunch sounds very small to me. The tuna that's at my house is chunk light and for a whole tin it' sonly 120 cals, so even if I mixed that in with a bowl of lettuce (and mayonnaise) I'm most likely eating about 250 at most.

So based on what your previous meals are from today, to be honest I feel like maybe you're not eating enough? I wouldn't worry about your dinner tonight.

There are no foods that are automatically bad for you (unless you have an allergy or other medical condition, of course). You have to look at your diet as a whole to decide whether or not this meal is a good idea.

Ask yourself three things: Does it fit in your calorie and nutrition goals for the day? Will it taste good? Will you have any adverse reactions from eating it? If the answer to the first two is yes and the answer to the last one is no, then great! You should eat it.

Yes, this. Unless you're going to become ill from eating a food, there is no reason to fear it. It sounds like you must be well within your calorie range and even if not, one day of going slightly over isn't going to do you any harm in the long run. Sounds like you make healthy choices most of the time and there's nothing wrong with eating something that feels 'indulgent' as long as it fits your calorie range.
