I am new to this site. Introduced by a friend and thus far I really like it. I am in nursing school so it is easy to come up with excuses not to workout or eat right, but I have been able to prove this semester I can eat right if thought out ahead of time. I have lost ten pounds since August and joining here so I would like to buckle down and do this!

I'm also started a Couch to 5K this week. It is slow going, but I'm trying.

Anyone needing a friend, please add me.

  • Hi Angi! I hope you like myfitnesspal- I think it is the easiest thing I have ever done- I have lost 25 lbs so far! Good luck!

    WELCOME!!!!!!!!! I just started a week ago and the people here are unbelievably amazing! So supportive, helpful, and REAL. It has helped me keep going, not only because the goals are tangible, but because I can't log on here without reading at least ONE inspiring story that tells me I can do it too!!!
