Intensifying Workouts

Hey Yall,

I need a little help. I have been doing great, however I am getting a little bored on my current workout plan. Besides I think I am at the plateau stage.

Please help someone. Any ideas would be helpful.

Also ideas about food, I am hungry; i need junk.

    Carbs make you hungry. Eat more protein and fat, and you won't feel as hungry.

    Dance class will burn calories in a new way.
