ladies that lost 150+ lbs while battling severe depression?

How did you do it? How did you cope? To be at a healthy range I need to lose around 200 lbs. I have lost 70lbs over the last few years but I wasn't depressed then. Now its terrible and I can't find the will to do anything for myself, healthy living included. I know I can, because I have, but I don't know how to get past the depression. Yes, I'm on medicine and attend therapy for it, which helps quite a bit, but there is still something missing. All I do is eat, all the while feeling guilty for doing so, which perpetuates the cycle. On the plus side - no pun intended - I haven't gained very much back at all. Sorry if this is the wrong section (I know these aren't psych boards) - I just want to see if anyone else has had success with a huge obstacle like this. Pics would be great if you got 'em.

    Working on losing 100 and Just starting. Look at pictureS of happy people and convince yourself you can be like them. Worked for me.now to get motivated every day I look at before and after pics.
