So it would be easy just to slack off this week, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, family coming in town. I challenge myself and all you MFPers to get in 30 minutes everyday! Starting tomorrow Monday 11-22-10, log your workout, and one thing you are Thankful for all the way through Black Friday! I will see you tomorrow morning!

I'm traveling, but I'm packing my Zumba DVDs and workout clothes. My parents have a DVD player, too, so why not? I'm also going to pack my walking shoes to get in a walk in case I run out of time for Zumba.

Sounds good to me!! I don't want to wreck havoc on what I've already accomplished this month.

With it being Thanksgiving where food is the main course...

I'm gonna try to get at least 40-60 minutes of a good cardio workout.

I love it. Count me in. Can't forget that 20-30 minutes of something is better than nothing at all.

10K on Thanksgiving day for me!!!
