Hi everyone, I am a newbie!

Hi! I am 30 and am finally ready to get serious about my weight. I was always small when I was growing up. It was not until my first marriage (which consisted of years of depression, emotional eating and bad choices, then eventually divorce) that I really started gaining weight. Luckily, now I am in a great place in my life and I want my body to be healthy so I can enjoy this time!!! My current husband and I are working on becoming foster to adopt parents and I need to be fit and healthy so that I can keep up with our future kids! I need to lose 80 lbs to be at the weight my doc says but I only want to loose 60 (I have a big frame and 140 at 5'7'' makes me look sickly). So I plan on slowly changing my lifestyle to be more active and to keep tracking my calories. I just started and it is difficult to remember sometimes. Hoping that by Christmas I will have lost 15-20 lbs and be able to consistently make good food choices!!! Say a prayer for me, please and thanks!!
