baked apples a la mode

Just wanted to share what I had for dessert tonight because it was BOMB...
I made the microwaved apple slices with cinammon and sugar like I usually do.. BUT, I had them with a side of low fat vanilla ice cream, and topped it with crushed low fat graham crackers.. OMG.. felt like I was having a cheat day!

    I have done something similiar you might like.

    Microwaved apple slices with vanilla yogurt and cinnamon on top. Sooooo good!!!
