Homemade Obstacle Course

Hey all,
Does anyone have any homemade obstacle courses they have built? I am thinking of building one for two reasons- one, my son, who is already pretty fit, will be going to basic training next year and wants to get fit. Second, I want it for my self as well so I get fit with him as he trains. I'd like a course similar to the Air Force basic training map.

I'm unsure about the Air Force Basic Training Map (and lazy so I did not look it up).
However, you can make medicine balls, sand bags (for weighted carry), make your own gymnastics rings, etcetera... all by simply going on youtube.com and looking up Do It Yourself "equipment" on youtube.
Then go to town on circuit training or bringing your do it yourself equipment to a park & do some weighted workouts and then run around.0 -
Thanks Ella. I looked for the actual obstacle course but could not find it. I am going to try to find it and see if is somewhere online.0
