Hello I am julienicole8. I am hoping that through tracking and support, along with new ideas and ways to make the not so fun, well, fun, I will be able to achieve my weightloss goal. I currently am at 172 and am hoping for a healthy, tone 135. I am looking for creative ways to incorporate exercise into my daily routine. It is impossible to dedicate an hour to exercise so I am going to have to break it up during the day and hopefully I fit an hour into my day, just in intervals. Anyway. I am new to this so any suggestions would be so helpful.
