Resistance Bands Question!

Hello everyone! How are you all doing today? =) So the question I have is how can I add resistance bands work out to the database or to my exercise log? There doesn't seem to be an entry for it. The bands I have are ones like these:

2) http://funandfit.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/resistance-band.jpg (in 3 different lengths)

I can find a couple good work out ideas for these online and on youtube, but I'm not sure how to add them to the database for my exercise log since I can't seem to find anything for these bands.

    If you can't find it in the database just add it yourself

    Well yes, I know I can add them- but my problem lies in the fact I wouldn't know what to put for sets, repetitions/sets or weights/sets, since I'm not using weights and I just normally do certain exercises for X number of minutes (like walking or sit ups, etc..). This is my first time using resistance bands. =\ I've never counted sets or repetitions before, so I don't know how to add those or what qualifies as a set or repetition. I've never done that kind of training before, so I'm a little at a loss and feel kind of stupid, to be honest, that I don't know.

    I am in the same situation - I just received my BodyGym from QVC which was demonstrated by Marie Osmond and I have done it for 2 days now - I do about 8 exercices 9 times and 3 sets - not sure how to log and do not want to cheat myself by logging either too little or too much calories burned.     A repetition is a full movement for any given exercise. A group count of repetitions (be it 5 reps, 8 reps, 10 reps, etc.) is a set.
    Log it under exercise in cardio (light weight lifting) for however many minutes you do it.
