1 serving crab classic (mine is 85g @ 80 cal)
2 sheets of dried seaweed, broken into pieces
50 g julliened cucumber
50 g thinly sliced avocado
1 tbsp sesame seeds
lettuce of choice
dressing:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
totals:
~260 calories
~27 carbs
~11 fat
~14 protein
~1443 sodium

Sounds great! We don't use soy in our household due to allergies, but I bet a teaspoon or two of chickpea miso and rice vinegar would be a fitting modification.0
