New job. Should I change my activity level?

I worked in an office and sat at a desk the majority of the day. Now I'm a Kennel Technician and I was on my feet ALL DAY LONG. Cleaning, mopping, walking dogs, more cleaning, more mopping.. I only sat down for lunch or to pee.
I changed my activity from sedentary to active. Would you say that's accurate?

Try it for a couple weeks, if your weight loss stalls then bump your calories back down.0
