GM Weight Loss Diet

Hi guys, I recently tried out the above diet which I received from a colleague of mine. Its a bit scientific and was developed for general motors in conjunction with a grant from the U.S. department of agriculture and the food and drug administration.
It aims for a target weight loss of 10 to 17 lbs per week. When I did this, I lost 4 kg, felt a lot more alert, had an improved attitude and loads more energy.
The first day of only fruit and water was tough and I had a bit of a head ache, but the soup recipe and veggies I loved. I have uploaded it to my website and you can download it via this link:

If you try it, let me know how much you lost. I think ill repeat it again next month in preparation for the holiday season.

Interesting...seems more like a cleanse than an actual diet...could be great for the week prior to a big event, but definitely not for long term weight loss.0
