Cracking knee

Hello,
After battering in with lots of exercise over the last month or so, whenever I do the kenpo workout dvd (karate/boxercise type workout) any front kicks with my left leg makes my knee audibly crack. Oddly, it doesn't hurt at all! Just really disconcerting!
I've not hurt that knee in the past - dislocated the other one about two years ago - but this is supposed to be the good knee!
Any ideas about me having cracking good workouts?

It's a lot more common than you think. If it doesn't hurt and it doesn't swell up or anything, it's generally fine.0

If it hurts, snaps off, turns purple, or grows to the size of your head, see a doctor.0
