What are sone fast and healthy recipes for breakfadt lunch and dinner?
Also what are some fadt lunches for work beacuse i always go out and get a foot long subway and im pretty sure its not good to getting a foot long subway every day that i work. Any ideas pleas help thanks.

Depends on what you're looking for. If you are strictly counting calories, fruit and yogurt are quick and easy for breakfast, get a 6" sub instead of a footlong and avoid the fatty, high calorie sauces, and for dinner maybe a piece of grilled meat or chicken with a baked potato and a salad.
Eat what you like just stay within your calories and you are good.0
