which workout program should i do

I had a baby two weeks ago and have another six weeks before i see my obgyn to get the clear to workout. I had a first degree tear which i don't even feel anymore. So assuming i can workout in 6 weeks what workout program would you recommend? I was thinking insanity but i don't have a lot of time since i have my newborn. Any suggestions? Also i set my calorie intake at 1600 calories. is that to much since I'm not working out? I'm currently not breastfeeding anymore due to my new meds.
