What are your goals?

I have just started a 7 week challenge with my fitfam and we have been asked to set some goals.
My problem is..... I can't think of any.
I have my general goals.. fat loss, strength building, general fitness.. but I cant think of any for this 7 weeks.
We decided on 3cm from all measurements, but I feel like I should have others to work towards too.

What are your short term goals??
