Hey lovely people! My name is Kebora and I am planning on losing 20 pounds...mainly tone my upper body as I have gained freshmen 30, sophmore 20, and etc in college lol. On a personal note, I criticize myself a lot and I need to get this horrible person out of me. I know I am the bomb....I just don't see it yet. I NEED motivation and being on this website is helping me to love myself!
Feel free to talk with me at anytime. I just started Couch to 5K and finished 10 minutes ago. I hate running lol but I know I will get use to it. My diet is subpar only because I eat what's cheap and unfortunately...cheap things are junk food. I really need tips in the food department because I LOVE FOOD!!!
