Thoughts on Herbalife?

My brother reminded me that he sells it and offered to give me some for free to try (and eventually order from him if I like it). I don't know too much about it. He says it's great. His wife disagrees, but I probably wont turn down free stuff.

What are your experiences with it?

Overpriced crap, you can get better quality stuff from any health food store minus the multilevel marketing bollocks.

There is no need to be rude. I was offered some for free so I decided to ask about it here before saying yes or no. I've already lost a bit of weight on my own through calorie counting and exercise.

Honestly, it's junk. It's low quality, and high priced. It's a multi level marketing scheme and total waste of time. If your looking for supplements, you can go to your local gnc store, or vitamin shop and get better quality things for cheaper.

If your considering this for weight loss, just remember that all you need is a calorie deficit. There's no need for herbalife.

People are being short with you because this topic crops up once a week.

Listen to his wife and always remember: you don't have to buy anything to lose weight. =)
