Question for Paleo followers out there

Hi! As a diabetic I have trouble losing weight if I eat carbs (even healthy complex carbs) so I am considering following Paleo. Only problem is I can't eat eggs, they make me feel very sick, so are there plenty of other options for breakfast on the paleo diet? Thanks!

    These will include ingredients like almond butter, coconut flour, almond flower, coconut oil, . . .
    1 banana nut paleo pancakes (Google for recipe)
    2 bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes
    3 smoked salmon with sweet potatoes
    4 coconut flour pancakes
    5 cut up fruit with with coconut cream or yogurt with nuts
    5 paleo biscuits with yogurt or honey
    6 cinnamon rolls (Google for recipe. Make enough for the whole week.)
    If you are just starting out, make extra food the night before and save enough for leftovers for breakfast.
