Looking for support! I'm in Perth, Australia :-)

Hey all, I'm a 27 year old girl, with a 15 month old girl! Hopefully we can motivate each other!

I've always had a bad relationship with food, this would be the first time I'm actually finding out as much as I can about the nutritional value of food... not just trying to lose weight... I have mainly been motivated by my daughter, I want her to eat healthy and have a good relationship with food when she's older. A lot of the time my husband and I have been eating processed crap/convenience meals while I give my daughter something healthier. I've recently woken up to myself a bit (she has started asking for whatever I'm eating) and it has made realise we really should be looking after ourselves too, and all eating together as a family.

I have about 4 - 6 kg left to go to my goal weight, I will be about mid range for my healthy BMI.
