Motivation Tips -- When you hit a 'slump'

My wife and I have been logging for the last 100+ days, as of the last 1-2 weeks, we have hit a mini-slump in where we have been over almost every day, and we both gained backed 1-2lb maybe...when we started I figured we would run across these times every once and a while, were we have been logging for a while, nobody has noticed any difference, can't quite break 20lbs, etc...my advice to her when we started was to log no matter what, don't get too down on off days, just go right back at it doesn't matter if you go over by 100 or 1000 calories...still seems like we need an extra push though...
My question to the forum is: What do you use as motivation when you hit a 'slump' of your own?
Thanks MFP!
