i'm annoyed i didnt make the goal of 4500 but seriously over 4000 calories burned in 6 workouts is pretty friggin amazing....i'm very proud of myself and those of you that took the challenge....think i'm going to try again this week but bring it back to a more realistic 3500 calories burned for the week (1lb extra loss if i do it right)

thanks for the challenge and the support.....good luck with your next one whatever it may be....

    Do u use a HRM??

No, I don't. I mainly use machines at the gym, so I go by the calories posted there after I put in my weight and age (of course they have a HRM on them).

I'm Done! Started on Tuesday and finished today. Should make up for any overeating I did on Thanksgiving and yesterday while I shopped for 12 hours!

Monday - (Hadn't joined MFP yet)
    Tuesday - 43 min 635 calories (Elliptical)
Wednesday - 156 minutes 1,653 calories (Elliptical, Treadmill, etc)
Thursday - 93 minutes 1,059 calories (Ellipticals, Treadmill, Stairmaster)
    Friday - Shopping!
Saturday - 131 minutes 1,434 calories (Elliptical, Treadmill, Stairmaster, Rower)

    Total so Far: 4,781

Just wanted to update for Sunday:

I burnt another 1,238 calories on Sunday (75 minutes on the ellipticals, 30 minutes on the treadmill and a 1 hour weight strengthening class at my gym). It seems to be working - I'm down 2 1/2 pounds since last Monday even with eating large portions on Thanksgiving and Black Friday!

    Total Calories for Week: 6,019
