Hi I´really new at counting calories and I´m sort of confused about the whole thing. MFP wants me to eat 1220 cal per day but on numerous sites online I´ve found out that my minimum is around 1300-1400 cal per day, that is calories for me staying in bed and not moving at all. And as I understand it I would have to add 30 % on top of 1300-1400 cal. for just walking around, and on exercise days I have to add 40 -50 % on top of that... Could someone please explain? :) Sorry if I sound like a complete idiot!

So to introduce myself a little, I´m 27 years old, on maternity leave and just trying to lose a little weight, I think 4 kg would be good, and toughen up my muscles :)
