Measuring yourself

When is it best to measure yourself to get the most accurate measurements? I'm doing the 30 day shred and measuring after I finish a level and I want to make sure I'm getting an accurate reading. How long should I wait between exercises to do it? Is 24 hours enough? Thanks in advance!

I personally do mine every morning, around 8am, or so, before I have eaten anything. The main thing is to do it at the same time, every time as your weight fluctuates throughout the day.0

For something like this, you're really not worried exactly what the numbers are, you're worried about how they change over the 30 days. So it's better to be consistent with how you measure than it is to be accurate.
To answer your question directly, the "best time" to measure yourself is the same time you did last time you measured yourself. For example, you get up on Sunday morning and measure yourself first thing, then next time do it first thing on Sunday morning. You measure your arm half way down your biceps, then measure the same spot next time. You measure yourself over your clothes, then wear the same set of clothes when you measure yourself at the end. And so on...0
