First month on MFP - From FL

I'm on day 16, with only 1 cheat meal "slip up"... But for 1 bad meal in 16 days, i can live with that...

Definitely finding the right calories to eat has bee helpful in keeping the calorie count lower than what I am allowed on a daily basis for my realistic lifestyle-- I hope to really pushing it into gear after I shed more weight, will hope energy levels kick up so I can do cardio more than 1x a week... Going to try after day 21, to start going more to treadmill... Starting to FEEL better, which is a plus. Weekends are the hardest, cuz at least when I'm at work, I keep busy working& can survive on 500 cals during 8-5 work hours...
