Can't seem to find TDEE? Help!

I've plugged all my info into a few calculators online to find my tdee. (I'm 18, 6ft. 10%body fat, and 147.6lbs.) I weight train 5 days a week, and do 25 minute cardio session of HIIT 6 days a week. When I plug this info into the calculators it gives me either 2500 (iifym) and others give me something like 3000! This is quite confusing when I'm trying to lose just a bit more weight before bulking. I'm currently eating 2100 calories a day and it seems to be working. Please help me out if you can! Thank you!

If what you are doing is working, why change it. The trouble with the calculators is that they are estimates. Actual results will vary. Sounds like you've found the right number for you.0

Yep, each calculator may give a different number, and as the previous poster said, they're all estimates anyway. However, I'd choose the one that seems to incorporate the most info about you, and just stick with that one. If you find that you aren't getting the results you want, adjust cals up or down as needed.0
