I started at 212, and am trying to get down to 155 lbs. I am at 192. So, I've lost the first 20. Now, I'm keeping to my calories (for the most part), and have been losing around 2 lbs a week. I haven't lost anything since July 3rd. Almost 3 weeks and nothing. Not only have a been under my calories almost every day, but I'm burning a lot more since I've switch to a much more physical job. (Went from a desk job to cleaning cabins).
Even if I've plateaued, shouldnt the extra exercise have been helping me drop the weight still? I can handle a slow down in weight loos, but not a complete halt. Especially when I've been working my butt into the ground, and STILL no loss??
Feel free to check my diary and maybe give me some pointers!

DO NOT WEIGH YOURSELF EACH DAY!
It is demotivating not to see any results. I only weigh myself once a month. More than enough.0
