Woe is me! I haven't lost anything in 12 days. Heck, I even "gained" 4 lbs in 4 days!

Haha! A daily weigher gets used to these swings. In this case I know why. I go low sodium (1800 avg) so a day of even moderately high sodium shows up like that on the scale for a day or two. Plus I rode 25 miles on Sunday, a hard workout also makes a temporary spike.
Sometimes you have no idea why it spikes like that.0
