I have been using this program for 7 weeks now and I need to loose 25 pounds to reach my goal weight.I started at 150.However the scale says I only lost 5 pounds but I just took a pic today and I am amazed how my body changed little bit without me noticing since I see myself on mirror everyday.Its the same dress btw
