Do you weigh chips before or after cooking?

Hi guys,
I make Actifry chips, and use fry light instead of oil, so the calories are pretty much only whatever is in the potatoes.
Usually I weigth the potatoes before I cook them, but obviously after cooking they weigh less!
Which is the correct way to weight them - before cooking, or cooked when I serve them?
Thanks in advance,
Mark

I would use the recipe builder and weigh the potatoes raw.
While the potatoes lose weight in cooking, that's really mainly water. But they absorb oil, so use the recipe builder and then weigh the entire cooked recipe so you can divide it into equal servings.0
