I am looking for support and ideas on how to keep calories down and still feel satisfied throughout the day without wanting to snack.

I love making myself a big iced coffee with unsweetened almond milk and sugar free syrup. Earlier I had one with salted caramel syrup and it was delish! It clocks in at less than 20 calories and feels like such a treat in the middle of the day.

I add lots of celery to almost everything. It is low cal., high fiber and pumps up the volume of meals.

I eat lots of different veggies everyday along with my protein and healthy fats and I feel very satisfied and energized!

Oh my gosh - the internet is so freaky! Just a few minutes after posting this response, this is now my primary ad on MFP! The flavor of the syrup in the ad is even salted caramel! The bots know everything!!!

I always keep a dozen or so hard boiled eggs in the fridge. 100 cals each/high protein. Season them, add mustard, etc. Yeah, not super yummy, but not bad. They'll keep hunger away.
