hey guys!
I'm so ****ing happy!! Yesterday I was the first time since months under 80KG (176lb) and now i see almost THE FIRST TIME EVER my ABS. I was ever overweight and my bodyfat was toooooo high.
With the age of 14 years i started working out and lost really much weight. But at ~20-25% bodyfat was it over with weight lose. I had my bad habits of eating tooooo much and have all the time snacks. Everytime i was in the kitchen i eat some nuts.. or something like that.. It didn't matter If I eat lunch with over 1000 calories...10 minutes later i eated again one snack like ice or something..I was mostly under the week really great and in a calorie deficit and on weekends i had not only a cheat day instead of it i had a cheat weekend! On some weekends I was eating over 20.000 calories and then i "fasted all week Long" to compensate.. no better to "repair" the damage... i know that was not healthy but it's over!!

But I worked really hard the last 3 months on my food habits and now I can say i have it under controll!
I needed much tries but i tried and tried and tried again and now i'm here where i believed i would be go. I don't have useless snacks anymore, eat only when i have hunger, drink only water, tea, black coffee(without sugar or milk), some selfmade fruit/vegetable juice :P , eat slowlier, enjoy it more and.. the last time i eat some sweets was on the 7/07/14 on day after my birthday.
I'm proud of myself! REALLY. I know.. some of you think maybe why this jerk posting this and maybe he want some attention BUT i want only say..YOU CAN DO I TOO.

I think, at absolutely this moment, only this things, I want to do and live. That's my new attitude.. my new challenge.
