Recently separated from the USMC and back home. Took a year off of heavy exercise due to injuries (fractured humerus, atrophied shoulder, damaged back tissue, battered knees, etc). I believe that weakness is a choice, so I'm back on the horse. Due to an upcoming employment opportunity, I am on a mission to lose 10+% body fat and get my strength back to where it was by October.
