Steps challenge help?
My friends and I have discovered pedometers on our phones, we are now always trying to break our own personal records and each others. (i personally don't record the calories burned unless I go above 10,000 steps because I have a sedentary job and goals based on that, so 10,000 would be considered excersize for me, so i just do it for fun) but we were tossing around the idea of doing a challenge in August altogether. Anyone facilitated their own health challenge of any kind before? Just wondering how we should admin the challenge to make it a challenge, and a reward is needed obviously!
