I usually try to base my meals around my daily workout. Instead of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I'd usually eat pre-workout and a post-workout meals. For the past week I've cut out the pre-workout meal, and now I'm rethinking the decision.
Thoughts? Do you eat before you workout? Are there reasons why I should/shouldn't?

I don't, mostly because I hate working out with anything in my stomach (but I'm also eating about 55% of my calories from carbs so I have a good reserve of stored glycogen available).
Unless you're consuming that has a very high GI any boost in energy you feel by eating immediately before working out is probably psychological (it takes time for your digestive system to make nutrients available).0
