My name's Leah, and I just restarted using Myfitnesspal. I started awhile ago but gave up right away. I'm currently on week one but I'm hoping to get back to my Freshmen/Sophomore year body in high school so at least 15-20lbs away, but I'm sort of worried because I'm basically at bare minimum calories already- approx 1200 and I feel like I'm going to stall.
Are there any girls in their early 20's or with lower weights that I could add as friends for inspiration and tips?
