Advise needed on increasing weights

Hi all
I m trying to maintains lean mass while losing fat

My routine is 3 times a week, 2 weeks split, changing between upper and lower part.
Won't go into exercises, unless one asks. I just completed first 2 weeks with 20kg , sometimes 30 kg weights.

These weights was giving me steady sore muscles next day only. Also I used to do 2 sets by 12 reps and was pushing well, not till I drop dead though.

So Q is if I should add weight or smth or stay the same another 2 weeks
I m sry if I sound noob, but yeah that's what I am :)
