Awesome super easy shredded crockpot chicken thighs

Get a big family size package of boneless skinnless chicken thighs (like 3lbsish).
Throw in crock pot.

Mix up half of this recipe:
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/cajun-spice-mix-2/ (I skip the salt because of BP issues :frown: )

Put it on top.
Add about a half cup of water.
Low 8 hours.


Use on sandwiches, nachos, in chicken enchiladas or whatever use you have for nummy shredded chicken. You can freeze half to use later as well.

    Well the spices don't add any calories, and 100g of roasted boneless skinnless chicken thighs is 209 calories.
