Eeek put on 32lbs in a year...restarting need friends

As above really. I am in the UK and got married a year ago but unfortunately I got very comfortable!!! I need to lose 32lbs, will be happy with 22lbs though. I'm 161 cm. I'm 35.

Anyone else with the same goals or not?

Looking to find some accountability with weekly weigh-ins and a bit of healthy competition. Maybe the loser of the week gets to but themselves a gift and so on. Just guidance would be great though.

What do you think?
