I just had a baby 17 days ago. I'm currently not breastfeeding anymore due to new meds and couldn't get a 6 week post partum appointment till Aug 29th. So no working out till then. My question is that i set my calorie intake to 1600 a day and have been eating around 1700 some days 1800 calories. Is this to much considering I'm not breastfeeding or working out? What should my intake be about?

You can def maintain at 1600 or even lose slowly if you eat the right things. You can still walk right? There's no excuse to not get any physical activity in everyday.0
