My new YUMMY lunch pick...
I am getting kinda sick of turkey sandwiches and turkey wraps but I will not go off my diet and munch on something that is NO GOOD for me. I had a bit of a craving for something "bad" like greasy fatty pizza(I love pizza and done right it is nutritious) but I came up with a low cal alternative... here goes
1 Whole wheat tortilla(The smaller one kiddies no cheating here)
3 or so slices of tomato(depending on their size)
3 ounces of deli meat turkey(the standard serving)
1 tbsp or less of a good quality REAL parmesean cheese(the kind u grate)
toss this little bad boy into the toster over or real oven and cook it till its crispy and warm doesnt take long at all less than 5 minutes at 350
I got wild and tossed on some fresh spinach for fun and green in my diet
I also wanted to kick it up so hot sauce and garlic powder did that for me... its a tasty!!!!
It goes to be about 250-300 calories my guess would be depending on your brands.

I do that all the time too! Only I opt for a whole wheat pita instead and I use mozzarella or cheddar instead of parm. yummy0
