I am a delivery driver for a surgical supply company. In and out of hospitals all day, lugging around a dolly filled with surgical instrument trays and implant tubs. Much like a UPS driver. Would that be considered active, or lightly active. Thanks in advance for your help. And feel free to add me. Need all the help I can get. Good luck to everyone.

I would set it to lightly active and see what happens for a few weeks. It can't hurt at the beginning. If you lose too fast you can always manually up your calories gradually. (Losing too fast can effect muscle mass, etc. But at the beginning, if you have a high level of body fat, it is less harmful)0
